air to air heat exchanger

What is an air to air heat exchanger?

An air to air heat exchanger uses the exhaust air to pre-heat the incoming supply air, without the two air streams ever mixing. So warm air from the work processes flows around thinwalled plain tubes, cools down and condenses if necessary. Cold fresh air flows inside the tubes, and is then preheated by the exhaust air and then brought into the work process. When the air streams comes across each other, they will supply each other with energy.  The exchanger is made from stainless steel and is suitable for many solutions for a wide range of air volume flows, as well as temperatures.
