MultiAir produces efficient and flexible exhaust solution for HP Byg (Contractor)
MultiAir has just delivered an complete exhaust system to HP Byg in Aalborg, Denmark. HP Byg is among the largest contractors in Nortern Jutland and they have their own production facilities where they produce elements for construction. HP Byg built a new workshop as part of their production facilities and therefore they were in need of a new exhaust system as well. Due to HP Byg's productions facilities they needed am exhaust solution that can divide plaster waste and waste from wood. e.g. wood chips. Therefore, their solution from MultiAir includes a screw filter with separate sack emptying to divide plaster waste and wood chips. Wood chips is accumulated in a silo and the plaster waste is collected in a big bag.
The solution also includes local exhaust outlets at work stations, an air-to-air heatexchanger (Heat Recovery Ventilation), and energy-efficient fans, that are directly attached with self-cleaning blades and aerodynamic inlets. This means the fans are highly efficient and has very little wear and tear.
Therefore, HP Byg now has an energy-efficient and flexible exhaust system, adjusted to meet their requirements. Contact MultiAir to learn more about the many possibilities for exhaust solution. We definitely also have a solution for your company.
