Lyngby Enterprise were looking for someone who could deliver and install a highly effective, flexible and safe industrial vacuum cleaner solution. They chose Klimablock, since they are able to supply a solution that ensures effective cleaning with many possible suction outlets and a perfect work environment without compromising with safety.

A bakery in such a size as Salling Group is building means that production often will be very dusty. Therefore, a highly effective cleaning solution is needed to ensure the work environment for the employees and to protect the machines in the production in the best possible way.

Industrial vacuum cleaner

Klimablock has delivered and installed a very powerful central vacuum cleaner solution, that makes sure that 4 users can use the system at the same time without any suction capacity is lost. Klimablock has installed 55 suction outlets, which gives great flexibility in the cleaning process. All outlets are installed with on/off switches so the system starts and stops accordingly to use.

Having great focus on safety, the system sends the excessive flour to an ATEX- approved gate to a container. The systems 700 meters pipes are all grounded. Furtermore, an ATEX approved return flap stops sparks/explosions in the filter to spread to the production area.

The system is frequent regulated, and that means the suction capacity is regulated depending on how many users the system currently has. This ensures no unnecessary energy is being used and that the energy consumption is minimized.
